Karen Stimson/Wool Sweater Street--Photo Borders Action

This action will create an inset bordered photo inside any size square or rectangular photo up to 12 x 12 inches at 300 resolution, and will create one of two different special effects, either leave the inset photo in color and make the surrounding photo black and white, or make the inset photo sepia toned.  Actions are tested to work in Photoshop CS2, CS3 and CS4, will not work in earlier versions.
